3. Bookings and Cancellations

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment.
  • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) may incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the booked service.
  • If our cleaners are unable to access the property at the agreed time, this may be treated as a cancellation.

4. Pricing and Payments

  • All prices are quoted in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
  • Payments are due upon completion of the service unless prior arrangements have been made.

  • Access to electricity, running water, and safe working conditions must be ensured.
  • Valuable or fragile items should be safely stored or declared before cleaning begins.
  • Clients are responsible for ensuring cleaners have access to the premises at the agreed time.

6. Liability and Insurance

  • Crystal Cleaning Manchester is fully insured for public liability and employee cover.
  • We will take reasonable care while cleaning your property; however, we are not liable for pre-existing damage or wear and tear.
  • Claims for damage or loss must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
  • We are not responsible for accidental damage caused by defective materials or poor installation.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours.
We will arrange a free re-clean of the affected area or discuss an alternative resolution, at our discretion.
